Data we store

Account data can include your name, email address, login provider, optional Guild Wars 2 account name, submitted build suggestions, and essential session and security data.

If you connect Discord, we store your Discord user ID. If you follow a build, we also store that subscription and the private Discord channel ID returned by Discord. We do not read your Discord messages.

How we use it

We use account data to sign you in, protect the service, review your suggestions, and send service emails. The Discord bot sends a private message only after you subscribe to a build. You can unsubscribe from each build or pause all Discord alerts on your account page.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores its database, Resend sends account email, and Discord handles Discord login and bot messages. Each provider receives only the data needed for its part of the service.

Control and deletion

When another sign-in method is available, disconnecting Discord removes your build subscriptions and saved DM channel. Deleting your WvW Builds account removes its personal data, sessions, suggestions, and subscriptions. Both controls are on the account page.
